If you are visiting this page and you want to know how to become a Christian, here is a simple prayer you can pray and scripture to back it up.
I encourage you to find a church that is based in God's word. Ask God to send real people that are seeking him and not trying to raise themselves up and glorify good works. But seek out those who are truly seeking Jesus!
Good scripture references:
Romans 6 ... tells us about being dead to sin and alive with God.
Romans 8... a great place to read and talks about Life in the Spirit!
John 1 .... also a great place to read and talks about the Word of Life.
Prayer for Salvation:
Lord, thank you for all you have done for me. Thank you for sending your son to die on a cross for me that I might live in eternity with you. You are the way the truth and the life. No one comes to the father except through your son Jesus Christ. Today I acknowledge that I am a sinner in need of a savior. Please forgive me of all my sin. Today I accept you as my Lord and Savior. Take control of my life. Give me your wisdom and your power to walk this walk. Help bring people into my life who can teach me more about you Lord. I love you and I praise you, AMEN.
May God bless you on your journey!
Feel free to leave a comment and/or let me know if I can pray for you.
